    I mean you can keep that bread that bread is good theirs actually alot of bread with low calories and carbs, plus substitute peanut butter called PB2. Just look at the variety of options, some times to much tuna can cause weight gain.

    Calories mean nothing they’re measured in kilojoules you burn 5000 calories in an hour you could just by doing a little bit of exercise so what you just showed there has more nutritional value than if you made an egg white omelet with avocado on the side if you have no background or basis to what you’re saying I understand you’re just talking to a black audience by itself but even they don’t believe you

    Also, that is not real peanut butter, that is a hydrolyzed oil, that jelly is definitely processed and that wonder bread has so many addictives.. that is does not ever get mold on it. Also, the wraps are good, but they have sucralose which is a byproduct that your body cannot break down. It’s better to have sugar in it because, your body you break that. Just FYI. Not being a jerk ,but I agree…. Homeade jelly is the best.

    The PBJ can be fine, things like low-carb bread and the type of jelly. The peanut butter is fine just don’t cake the sandwich.

    I’m sorry but did anyone really think PB&J was healthy anyhow? Also, you are missing the point by not discussing the fact that all food is not created the same. You are focusing on PROCESSED food. Wonder bread is full of sugar, certain peanut butter is full of sugar, jam..sugar. Maybe talk a bit about the ingredients in these items. There are better quality versions of these items out there. Do a bit more research before you try and inform the public on a platform.

    Get yourself some no sugar added peanut butter, some goodgood brand jelly, and Greek yogurt. Mix that all together and it’ll satisfy that craving, if you need it sweeter then add a packet of truvia 😘🤌
