  3. Andrew Pintar on September 21, 2022 at 2:33 am

Ollie – why are you only talking about the chainring size – surely meaningless without knowing the rear sprocket size ?

  4. Nefarious Stylo on September 21, 2022 at 2:33 am

More content on fixed gears please! But enough with the ‘for the crashes’ nonsense, weight doesn’t make a difference in fixed gears quite the same way as it does for traditional bikes. Aluminum is simply a good material for the price considering you can build a competitive bike for just over $1k usd, fancier materials just become extra.

  10. Martin Penney on September 21, 2022 at 2:38 am

Good vid. What’s the deal with the drive chain being used on the bike James was riding in the tourney though – belt instead of chain I mean?

GCN fixed gear videos are so weird. Its like bringing your uncle that drag races to a drift event. They know a ton but are just slightly out of the loop…

  36. Arshjot Singh on September 21, 2022 at 3:04 am

I’m surprised no one had a cartel bike. One of the best looking fixies I’ve ever seen.

  37. Marco Giampa on September 21, 2022 at 3:04 am

is lining up the chain so that when your cranks are at 3 ocklock the valve ends up at the top or bottom like the fixie equivalent of lining up tyre logos?

  38. Kreuzritter69 on September 21, 2022 at 3:08 am

My bike is soooo much cooler😍

  39. Sean O'connell on September 21, 2022 at 3:12 am

Normal road bikes are for gun owners and fixies are for vegan liberals
