Hi, where can i get freeze dried fruits?

  10. kk rollins on July 17, 2020 at 12:53 am

I like cliff bars, are those equivalent to larabars?

  11. Abigail Boislard on July 17, 2020 at 12:53 am

lara bars are so good! Thank you for getting me into them! Freeze dried apple is so gooood! Apples and peanut butter bring me back to when I was little and my mom used to feed that to me all the time. So good! I dont like hummus so I got chocolate hummus and ate it with pretzels as a bit of a modification and it was so good. Edamame are so good! I do not like the green shake though, too chunky. Fruit salad is obviously delicious. I used strawberries, blueberries, and black berries. Oatmeal is so good with apple and cinnamon! Super filling and full of fiber! The homemade trailmix I made had pretzels, freeze dried apples, chocolate covered almonds, chocolate covered raisins, and peanut butter m and ms. The power popcorn was so good! I did not think I would like it but that is my favorite now!

  12. Tweetie Bird on July 17, 2020 at 12:56 am

Freeze dried strawberries are soooo good. Great video and have a nice day!!!

  13. Caroline Aho on July 17, 2020 at 12:58 am

I don’t wanna keep scrolling forever to see if someone asked this question but what’s the nutrition facts for the shake? There’s a similar shake in the 28 reset cookbook (I’m signed up for piit28) but not this EXACT recipe. But this shake is SO FLIPPING GOOD! I’m the pickiest eater on earth but I’m so dedicated to this reset that I’m willing to try new things for like, the first time ever. Love you, Cassey! Thanks for the motivation!

  14. Lindsey Jordan on July 17, 2020 at 12:59 am

Wow I really liked this video. You seem like a really nice person!

  15. Sarah Elizabeth on July 17, 2020 at 1:02 am

  16. Maja Nowicka on July 17, 2020 at 1:04 am

I just decided to do #28dayreset but i will still eat diary (kinda cheating but who cares). It is easier for me because I don’t eat gluten on daily bases (celiak disease) and I don’t drink alkohol (i’m 14). My goal in this challenge is to just feel better <3. So yeah, I’m really excited to start the 28 day reset challlenge!! Thanks for the snacks ideas!!!

  17. Shahy on July 17, 2020 at 1:05 am

  18. BookWormNerd101 on July 17, 2020 at 1:06 am

I never thought of making my own trail mix… I’m very picky when trying to find a good one cuz there is always stuff in it I dont want or too much sugar or salt

  19. Faith Rush on July 17, 2020 at 1:07 am

I know I’m really late, but when you were talking about bars, have you checked out Perfect Bars? Do those count as well?

  20. buttercookie slimery on July 17, 2020 at 1:08 am

I would love to do the 28 day reset, but I’m Indian, and my mom makes Indian food for us every night and I love it so much and I can’t give it up for a month lmao! But but BUT 😉 I will still eat these snacks caz they sound SOOO amazing and even if I don’t do the 28 day reset, I can STILL eat more balanced even with my Indian food, so that’s what I am aiming for!! 😀

  26. Sophia Angier on July 17, 2020 at 1:14 am

How much natural sugar should you have in a day?

  27. Kayleigh Rogers on July 17, 2020 at 1:16 am

But the larabar has 17g of sugar. The daily recommendation is 25g so thats not great right? Or is it ok because of the fiber counteracting it?

  28. Hi There on July 17, 2020 at 1:16 am

  36. Anne M on July 17, 2020 at 1:24 am
