How long should I ride my recumbent bike to lose weight?
how many calories do you usually burn? how long do you cycle for? 30 mins, 1 hr etc? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the video. Question: How loud is the Bike and whether it squeaks after time?
Great review thanks!
Is it effective on weight loss?
Is 8 resistance level good ??
I’m Fat and Broke seems like the ideal Bike for me LMAOO
I literally lay and sit around all day! This might help. I’m not gaining weight but I know I’m losing muscle from not really moving all day and I don’t want to risk blood clots. This is within my budget so I might try it. I’m 5’4 btw. This looks like a good size spin bike for me!!!
I just picked this up, the price on this bike is even lower now. $309 at the moment. The Joroto and renpho bikes are a bit higher, so for people like me who really need something affordable, it sounds like this is still a viable option.
The YOSUDA is great, but I did just get my RENPHO AI bike last night and after my initial tests, it doesn’t look good for YOSUDA…this bike is a lot cheaper if you are aiming to save money and is good quality. Happy holidays to all. Be fit, game on!

How does the seat hurt your ass on sprints, if you are standing on the pedals when you do them? Every time, you stand up.
great video, what is the highest resistance?
Epic review
I don’t really understand the popularity of this bike on Amazon. For a comparable price, the Joroto X2 gives you superior magnetic resistance, and TailhappyTV has videos here on YouTube reviewing them both, he clearly prefers the Joroto X2.
Hey dude merry Christmas and by the way my mom just gave me a Fitbit versa 3 for Christmas so now I can track my steps and other things tho it’s sucks I need Spotify premium In order to use and I need to have my phone in Order to use voice assistant
Every thumbnail shirtless, yet clothed in every video. Click bait indeed.
Non of your "Cons" I find my "Cons" This is an amazing, sturdy and very simple bike. Adjusting the knob is like when peddaling on a regular road bike! Its never at the exact dialled point or need an exact tension or speed. Move on, it’s a bike and you’re moving your legs. The bike ss actually very light: I bought it used from a good friend that rode it a handfull of times and the seat works as it should otherwise, you people usually have prefferences and can easily get it replaced for a different style or fit. Thats part of dialling the bike to your needs. Like adjusting high or handlebars. By the way, I went to get the bike on my pick up truck and I loaded and unloaded it by myself. It’s light. For me, the only thing I track is miles and maybe time. Simple. heart rate you can use your own phone. This is a very simple bike with tons of great reviews. I paid 70 for mine used on offer up. I was a professional cyclist for over 5 years when I was very young. racing mostly short speed distances on track. I am retired now, getting old, and I find I can ride in front of my computer while I watch the stock market. Good luck!
