WORLDS LIGHTEST BMX BIKE 2

Making my BMX bike as light as possible with drilling around 300 holes in the frame, drove to the skatepark to try tricks on it, and the strength of the bike was still there!

    壊れないって凄い!

  27. Shelby T on October 6, 2020 at 4:22 am

These are called "lightening holes" thy don’t compromise structural integrity, if he countersunk the holes (made the edges round) it would make it more rigit and even lighter!

  28. WildBoer on October 6, 2020 at 4:23 am

I’m still riding a V1 Grim Reaper, so holes in the frame looks normal to me.

  29. edswaq12 on October 6, 2020 at 4:23 am

  30. desolation1982 on October 6, 2020 at 4:24 am

i did this back in the 90s to a gt performer the frame held up to abuse for around 5 years b4 the downtube finally cracked and broke on me

  31. daily sesh 420 on October 6, 2020 at 4:27 am

Now why would you paint it before you did the cutouts, it would look better in the end if you didn’t do that

  32. Hello There on October 6, 2020 at 4:28 am

  33. Chace Scott on October 6, 2020 at 4:28 am

My bike is a stolen brand discontinued back in 2015 its one of the rarest bikes you’ll see it was my cousins but he gave it to me for my birthday very cool black and red paintjob

  34. Stef McQuack on October 6, 2020 at 4:29 am

If the bike is supposed to be light why is it a free coaster… and why does it have pegs… those both make it weigh more

  35. ArrowsMind on October 6, 2020 at 4:32 am

reason why the bike was still astrong is cause the distance between each hole is enough to keep the structural integraty intact if holes get to close of each other and you lose even more metal eventually it becomes weaker

  36. U Got Exploited By Someone on October 6, 2020 at 4:32 am

    We’re do you live

  45. Sitag Beatmaker on October 6, 2020 at 4:43 am

Try make a frame in Blender software by using mirror modifier, then apply uv unwrapped planes to both sides with shrinkwrap modifier which are subdivided evenly and print some stickers to go by with machines to cut it. I am sure there should be geometric approach to make it even more lighter than this. I guess triangle holes which are not too dense could work well for thickest parts of frame.

  46. Ridhwan Khan on October 6, 2020 at 4:43 am

    It looks good

  47. A Bishop on October 6, 2020 at 4:44 am
