Do you put a filter on your tap. Cuz chloride and harsh minerals are destructive to your gut health.
Is there a vegan version of cod liver oil?
what a lovely video!
Is that gluten free bread?
Are there certain foods that you avoid or food groups that break you out?
Thank you for sharing what you eat. I find them very helpful and good to know others actually eat healthy the way I like to eat.
Hey Meghan! Can you make a video on how to intake more Iron? Thanks
LOVE YOUR WHAT I EAT IN A. DAYSSSSSS <333
Loving the new place. That couch is great.
No grind, no glory.
IBS?? Isn’t that from stress?
I’m so happy you can now add things back into your diet. However I am also kinda sad because one of the reasons I really enjoyed your food oriented videos is due to the fact that I could always eat everything you cooked with.
I want that smoothie!
I’ve tried a couple of brands of organic bread, I didn’t like them. Could you or any of your subscribers recermend any I could try? I live in uk. I’ve drank probiotic yougart drinks every morning for years, are they as good as a probiotic vitamin/tablet?
Could you share more about your IBS?
I so enjoy your what I eat in a day videos! The avocado toast looks scrumptious as does your salad! 🙂
Simple eating and now made me a cup of organic tumeric ginger hot tea by the republic of tea
I would love to see you make the gluten free chocolate cake you were eating. If you have more baking recipes that are gluten free I would love to see some. I am looking for good tasting gluten free items. Thanks for sharing.
I love your What i eat in today videos. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I feel like you need a proper kettle for your tea! 🙂
Love your what i eat in a day video 😀 You don’t practice intermittent fasting anymore ?
Meghan for your IBS you should really research Dr. Steven Gundry…🙏🙏🙏
Your smoothie looks yummy; I don’t eat so many fruits, but I COULD add Blue berries (for fruit). mixed greens definitely. Thx.
I so appreciate this video for so many reasons. Partly, I am also in Canada ( BC) and so I recognize and can get all of the same brands that you use. Also, I have IBS and so many food videos are vegan and I cannot eat 99% of the foods they eat. Except for a few items, I can eat similar to you. I also appreciate that what you eat is simple and practical and doable. So many food videos have either too many ‘different’ ingredients or are just too time consuming. Keep making this type of video…I always need inspiration.
I see you put the tea bag organization tip into play 👌🏼
Oh my gosh I just bursted out laughing lol I live in the GTA as well and take the exact same cod oil, probiotics and even eat the same brand of kimchi. That was great to see my diet is pretty gut friendly. Nice video 🙂
Your videos are very calming and inspirational.
Thank you for posting! ❤️
Great vídeo! I love what I eat in a day
Meghan, enjoyed your video. Wanted to ask you where do you find the non dairy coconut yogurt. I would love that size tub you get but I cant seem to find something like that at my grocery store.
Isnt bread adverse to optimal gut health?
Where can I get the recipe for the smoothie, since I don’t have IG?
Oh, kimchi~ I am a korean. I love your lifestyle(minimal) and enjoy your video.
Do you avoid rice for the sake of your gut?
I wish i could eat your hand cooked meal
Great ideas!! New to your channel and I’m enjoying your content so far!😀

Hey Meghan! i just love your What I eat videos; they give me a lot of food inspo. I was wondering if maybe you’d be willing to do a series of sort – What I eat in a week with a breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner edition? Another Youtuber I watch did this but she eats very differently than you do and I just thought maybe it would be a great video series idea? Food for thought, pun intended! 🙂
Is the soft cheeses that are worst for my IBS. I do hard aged cheeses and can tolerate them well

I’ve never seen the liquid form of vitamin D! Would you say that it’s better to take it that way? I’ve been taking a gel capsule. Thanks!
How simple yet delicious! 😍👌🏻❤️ Thank you Meghan! Do you ever crave chocolate or maybe some potato chips? (I need to confess that I do !) 😄😄
Thank you for sharing what you eat for gut health. Gut health is so important and I’m always looking for inspiration.
I’m new to probiotic pills is there a reason you take it at night rather than in the morning or throughout the day??
Yummy footage 😋💕
