I like fish, avocado broccili when its soft and hot and cut properly. I actually have been researching salmon and apparently its incredibly nutritious. However I will say I have heard its only good to eat wild caught.

Bell peppers are nightshades and can contribute to arthritis, I disagree if you are sensitive to them.

Kale is a fake superfood. You could use spinach broccoli and brussel sprouts for a green smoothie. Watercress for a salad. You have no need for Kale.

Garlic is the greatest superfood on the planet and has been since ancient times. It’s the most powerful natural antibiotic, antivirus and antifungal. This list is also missing chicken eggs, honey, and beef liver. Those are the top 4 most beneficial foods in the world.
I eat healthy but then have intolerants to lots of stuff. Or just develop intolerance faster. Recently was eating yogurt every other day due to added protein intake. Then I started having allergic reaction to inner cavity of my mouth. Stopped it. I was also having mixed veggies regularly and then developed a disgetive disorder. So Im now on just apples, peanuts and low calorie meals. My body is seriously screwed up even with low-body fat and healthy BMI
