TIEM Cycling Shoe Review | Are these the best hybrid cycling shoes?
In this TIEM Cycling Shoes review, Time 2 Train Instructor Brooke Johnson goes over the pros of purchasing these indoor cycling shoes. These SPD compatible shoes are great for your everyday cycling class and any off the bike workouts. Bootcamp or cycling classes with strength training have grown in popularity over the years, but how do you deal with the uneasiness of regular cleats. The TIEM Cycling shoes have a recessed clip for attaching your SPD cleats (sold separately). This eliminates the awkward walking around before or after class with regular indoor cycling shoes, or for the instructor that needs to jump off the bike to help class participants.
Brooke shares her experiences with the TIEM Cycling shoes and all the positives of owning these shoes. Brooke Johnson is one of our resident indoor cycling instructors and you can join her anytime on demand in our 500+ workout library.

Love them!!! Wish I had given into the price earlier. They are much more comfortable to ride with than my previous pair, which is made of a hard material. My only complaint is they aren’t as wide as I need, but that’s pretty minor (they are still comfortable).
Great option for cycling!
Need these in Mens sizes!
What a great review! Very informative.
So if they are small on me they will be ok? I’m a 6.5 and got a 6. But I’m about to return them for an exchange in size.
