a skinny girl talking to me about diet has never made me feel safe like this so genuinely thank you lol
The problem with this video is that nearly all cereal that is mass manufactured is bad for you in the first place.
For me, I just follow 2 rules. No processed sugar no processed carbs. Everything else just revolves around that.
I have textual issues and this bowl of cereal sounds like a nightmare
CALORIES IN VS CALORIES OUT. You dietician complicate easy things !! Plus wrong advice. No one should eat cereal for breakfast. Not even kids !! It’s just sugar ffs.
Nothing like monosodium glutamate for breakfast.
Fibre doesn’t keep anyone full, it’s another myth, people! Fat keeps you full
Cereal straight to soggy 😂😂😂😂
You need to talk about why calories in calories out is important. Sure you added some quality ingredients, but also added a good amount of calories, especially with the nuts. Eating healthy is great, but calories are king. This might not be the best advice for someone that is looking to eat healthier, and is overweight
It is like eating candy with fruits and milk just to make it healthier.
I feel as if you need to add AND subtract, but with the right items and food. Add fiber, protein, vitamins, yes. But subtract the processed foods, the high sugars, high fats, empty calories. By subtract, I guess not subtract COMPLETELY, but take away the harmful substances.
I strongly strongly disagree. Perhaps this addition philosophy suits underweight picky eaters, but not the average American.
For them, removing sugary drinks like soda and juice and reducing fast food rather than eating an additional carrot afterward is the way to go.
Whatever you say Dr Honey 👌
Cereal is packed with sugar!!
hi kylie i love ur videos !!
what do you recommend instead of berries when its winter?? theyre often too expensive and not as good when its colder and sometimes just adding a banana is a bit boring 😔
Serials are just sugar stop eating them guys
Thank you for the advice! Is there anything I could substitute nuts and seeds with? Not necessarily with just cereal but like for the vitamins and benefits listed! I’m allergic 😭
Research the Wahls Protocol for authentic, science based (i.e. not "industry") advice about a healthy human diet that stablizes deep disease in the body.
Anybody know what seeds Kylie added cuz that looks amazing
I like the energy of this attitude towards food.
So I just do this with my Reese’s Puffs? Jk I gotta stop eating all this processed crap I grew up on
Do u speak Japanese?im just curious.btw I love ur recipe.thank you ur gorgeous
that’s just extra calories in top of calories maam
All of that added stuff would have gone better with oatmeal imo.
You’re the best
This is the only healthy eating tip I’ve seen that looks DOABLE!
calls herself a nutritionist but promotes eating cereal. biggest joke ever.
I have a question, if I eat this and I’m full for the next like 6-7 hours..(I don’t get hungry easily 😑) should I still eat?
This is why I wrap my McDonalds in letuce, pulses, and dipped in salad juice 😊
Gotta have my bowl gotta have cereowl
Why you’re so awesome
that is so simple to just add not subtract!
Thats like saying if I add spinach on my pizza it becomes healthy…??don’t listen to this bs
And add more excersise
when you hate milk:
This is awesome, thank you!!
taking away unhealthy oils helped me lose 21 pounds in 3 months
Yep. I follow this religiously and it works wonders.
You’re spreading bad nutrition advise. Mixing fats and high levels of sugar will do significant damage over time. At this point, you might as well just blend the whole thing up and turn it into a milkshake.
Never thought about adding milk to cereal before.
I absolutely understand the principle behind this, but isn’t adding fruit to cereal just adding carbs to carbs? I’m pre-diabetic, so this may not work for me. Obviously, the answer is veggies instead of fruit for fiber. But that won’t go with cereal. See where my confusion is coming from?
Is soaking my pumpkin seeds really nessasarry
High quality? Lol no sis
Homegirl telling us to add milk to cereal
Protein does not keep you satiated hahaha. She said sugar is okay, what a joke hahahaa.
It’s easy to overcomplicate what a healthy diet can look like when we’re constantly being told to eliminate almost every food that we enjoy. Instead of focusing on what to restrict, let’s focus on what we can add.
My #1 goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle by helping people make sustainable and realistic changes that are rooted in balance and satisfaction. Contrary to popular belief, dietitians don’t eat a “perfect” diet free of processed foods, non-organic foods, and non-GMO foods – nor do we need to. The goal isn’t to perfect the diet by eliminating all “unhealthy foods”, but to make a healthy lifestyle (a lifestyle that makes you feel happy, energized, and nourished) work for you!
Stop subtracting and start adding ❤️
