  2. Violet on December 29, 2022 at 1:23 am

The problem with this video is that nearly all cereal that is mass manufactured is bad for you in the first place.

For me, I just follow 2 rules. No processed sugar no processed carbs. Everything else just revolves around that.

  6. Jaceie on December 29, 2022 at 1:27 am

I have textual issues and this bowl of cereal sounds like a nightmare

  7. Rohinish Rampersad on December 29, 2022 at 1:29 am

CALORIES IN VS CALORIES OUT. You dietician complicate easy things !! Plus wrong advice. No one should eat cereal for breakfast. Not even kids !! It’s just sugar ffs.

  8. ChillyJack on December 29, 2022 at 1:31 am

Nothing like monosodium glutamate for breakfast.

  9. Black Ola on December 29, 2022 at 1:33 am

Fibre doesn’t keep anyone full, it’s another myth, people! Fat keeps you full

  10. Damien Sanchez’s on December 29, 2022 at 1:33 am

    Cereal straight to soggy 😂😂😂😂

  11. Robbie Hyde on December 29, 2022 at 1:34 am

You need to talk about why calories in calories out is important. Sure you added some quality ingredients, but also added a good amount of calories, especially with the nuts. Eating healthy is great, but calories are king. This might not be the best advice for someone that is looking to eat healthier, and is overweight

  12. abdulwahid alhassani on December 29, 2022 at 1:35 am

It is like eating candy with fruits and milk just to make it healthier.

  13. POOSTANKY on December 29, 2022 at 1:36 am

I feel as if you need to add AND subtract, but with the right items and food. Add fiber, protein, vitamins, yes. But subtract the processed foods, the high sugars, high fats, empty calories. By subtract, I guess not subtract COMPLETELY, but take away the harmful substances.

  14. Joe Casale on December 29, 2022 at 1:37 am

I strongly strongly disagree. Perhaps this addition philosophy suits underweight picky eaters, but not the average American.

For them, removing sugary drinks like soda and juice and reducing fast food rather than eating an additional carrot afterward is the way to go.

hi kylie i love ur videos !!
what do you recommend instead of berries when its winter?? theyre often too expensive and not as good when its colder and sometimes just adding a banana is a bit boring 😔

Thank you for the advice! Is there anything I could substitute nuts and seeds with? Not necessarily with just cereal but like for the vitamins and benefits listed! I’m allergic 😭

Research the Wahls Protocol for authentic, science based (i.e. not "industry") advice about a healthy human diet that stablizes deep disease in the body.

  42. Awesomeness Awaits on December 29, 2022 at 2:15 am

You’re spreading bad nutrition advise. Mixing fats and high levels of sugar will do significant damage over time. At this point, you might as well just blend the whole thing up and turn it into a milkshake.

  43. Adem Ali on December 29, 2022 at 2:15 am

Never thought about adding milk to cereal before.

  44. Aparna on December 29, 2022 at 2:16 am

I absolutely understand the principle behind this, but isn’t adding fruit to cereal just adding carbs to carbs? I’m pre-diabetic, so this may not work for me. Obviously, the answer is veggies instead of fruit for fiber. But that won’t go with cereal. See where my confusion is coming from?

  49. Nutrition By Kylie on December 29, 2022 at 2:19 am

It’s easy to overcomplicate what a healthy diet can look like when we’re constantly being told to eliminate almost every food that we enjoy. Instead of focusing on what to restrict, let’s focus on what we can add.

My #1 goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle by helping people make sustainable and realistic changes that are rooted in balance and satisfaction. Contrary to popular belief, dietitians don’t eat a “perfect” diet free of processed foods, non-organic foods, and non-GMO foods – nor do we need to. The goal isn’t to perfect the diet by eliminating all “unhealthy foods”, but to make a healthy lifestyle (a lifestyle that makes you feel happy, energized, and nourished) work for you!

Stop subtracting and start adding ❤️
