Only thing I really crave since cutting back and watching what I eat is pizza… never craved it until I started tho…
Needed this video. I’ve been trying to lose weight for like 2 years but I always failed because I tried to chicken and broccoli myself to death while cutting out every single thing that I usually crave on a every other day basis. This not only caused stalling in my weight loss journey but it made me binge eat like crazy to where I was actually gaining a few pounds after a few days of eating way too many calories. I started adapting this type of thinking where I eat home cooked healthier meals 80% of the time and the other 20% of the time I allow myself to a treat like the ones you showed in this video. This has helped me tremendously with having a healthier relationship to food in general. I stopped labeling foods as “bad” or “good” and instead starting eating foods that just made me feel great inside while still treating myself every now and then. Everything is fine in moderation!
This video helped me so much. I’ve been eating chicken and vegetables since February and im getting pretty sick of it.

I have a question I know you said you’re not really big on chips and I’m not really big on sweets I do love the boom chicka Pop popcorn and the Orville redenbacher smart pop but I have been finding myself lately wanting the saltiness of chips its that time of month IK TMI but do you think that harvest snaps or a gimmick or a good quality snack they contain 210 calories, 90 from fat, 10 total fat calories, 1 grams saturated, 0 zero trans, no cholesterol, 135 mg of sodium, 440 mg potassium, 28 grams of carbohydrates which 6 grams are dietary fiber, 3 g of sugars, 8 grams protein, it also contains 10% calcium and 15% iron can you please tell me if this is a bad or good for me snack
