Roadtrip in a Homemade Bike House!
We built a one of a kind bike camper rv and attempted to travel 100 miles! This thing ways 500 pounds so this will not be an easy challenge. The problem is you don’t ever get rest because someone has to constantly be pushing from the back as well which really tires out your legs… However it is fully functional so we can sleep overnight and everything you can do on a camping trip. Is it possible to take a road trip in a 500 lbs bike camper??

Why use steel for rhe bodywork? Polycarbon would’ve worked well and be really light

I do like the idea. I dont like the camper. The sleep area is too close to the ceiling and i doubt the little camper has enough room for insulation. Wheels look a little too easy to bend. 500lbs doesnt sound like alot but going uphill with that top heavy thing im surprised it didnt flip over. Maybe they should do a long teardrop type. The seats on the bottom looked stronger than that whole bed.

Many people seem to be wondering if we copied JSTU with this Bike Camper – we did not. They uploaded their idea 7 days ago from the time this video was uploaded. There is no way we could order all the supplies, design, and build the bike camper; and then go on a two day road trip and edit/upload the video in 7 days. We have been working on this idea for 1-2 months! It was just a coincidence that we had similar ideas posted at the same time. Hope this clears things up – thanks for watching everyone!!

Use a gas conversion kit. It’s better than electric bikes and more useful for this situation.
