Sounds like you need to adjust your saddle position. Try forward and back tilt and it almost certainly needs to go a little lower if you’re rubbing the back of your thighs that bad.
The saddle tilt can be adjusted by the allen key at the top of the seat post. My 1st guess would be slightly lower at the front.

I have had one of these noseless seats for about a year. The solution to this problem is pushing the seat towards the rear of the bike, however the resulting reduced pressure on the back of the thighs is replaced by a tendency for you to slip forward and off the seat. You keep having to resist that with your arms repeatedly pushing forward against the handle bars to push your butt back on the seat, which soon becomes a strenuous and unwanted arm workout. However, the amount of arm strength you have to use to. keep from slipping forward off the seat just made me realise how much pressure the horn of a normal seat puts on the crotch to keep you from slipping off, so I have decided not to go back to a normal seat.
I have just ordered what I hope will solve the slipping issue. A large well padded seat with a wide horn that has a wide split. By split I mean split completely from the rear starting point of the horn, which would be around where my coccyx or tailbone would sit, to it’s tip, and split all the way through vertically. So the my whole perineum should be suspended in the split, but slipping off will be stopped by the two separated halves of the horn either side of my tailbone.

I bought a seat like this. The handle bars need to be higher than the seat so you sit up right. The front of the seat needs to be in line with the pedal crank axel or even slightly behind it. Lining it up with the front of the seat post should get it close enough. This stops the thigh issue. At least it did for me.
Regards.

Nice of Walmart to take the seat back, most would not because its been used and been near a part of the body that is used for personal functions.

Looks like a knockoff. Also, You make me laugh 😂; wouldn’t you pretty much get the same effect by cutting off the pointed part of a regular bicycle seat?

I had that same issue. Not with that type seat but it was a wider seat I had that same exact bike. Nice bike !

That seat is ment for comfort riding and it’s much better if rider wears skirt so it’s mostly for women. Your riding position is supposed to be like 90 degree (back straight up). Works great on oldschool bikes and many women bikes where sitting position is like sitting on the bench.

You chose wrong seat for the type of bike you have. This is a seat that can be used on bikes with upright body position only – cruisers, city bikes, Dutch bikes. Its a common sense that a seat that is positioned upright literally like a chair will cut into your thighs when your body is not 90 degrees but tilted, because of the geometry of your bike. That idea was meant to fail from the beginning . There’s nothing wrong with this saddle you just made the wrong choice for the bike.
