My lumina 400 wont turn off lol. Lowest mode it goes is walk mode. When i hold down the power button it only goes into flash mode and the button turns red and if i press and hold again it goes into walk mode. However it wont turn off! The light sometimes turns on red and blue at the same time.

    Thank you for the video.
    My light works great !

I got mine not too long ago, probably used it a handful of times. Recently, the light is always red and I’m not sure if it chargers because there is not light indicator at all.

I bought a lumina 550 2 months ago.I like the brightness of the light but the strap leaves little to be desired. After two or three bumps the light is pointing at the ground.I can’t get it any tighter without risking snapping the strap.

It would be nice to have better instructions on the package so I don’t have to search for a YouTube video.

Hi guys, just got my Lumina 750 which looks like an awesome light but I have a couple of questions about the mounting system. In the video you move the top mount to the side easily to insert the strap but mine won’t move unless I force it hard or I loosen the screw from the bottom, but then how can I tighten it again once it is on the handlebars. Secondly when I slide the light on the mount it does not engage properly, it can slide backwards again. This is because the two little tabs on the mount don’t engage the light, because the tab seems curve down even when I don’t push on it. Do you have a fix for these things ? Cheers 🙂

I’ve bought a few bike lights, this one is the best, great lighting, long battery life and worth the price, definitely recommend this bike light

I just picked up a 550 for mountain bike riding at night. and it’s great on both high and low. Bright as hec. Really surprised how good it is. Because it was so affordable at forty bucks. Easily installed on handlebars, turns on off easily, and comes off mount great. Love it! Recommend nd it for sure.

Just picked up 950 boost for bars, 750 micro for helm and a 450 for backup(I intended for helm but doesn’t release from bar strap) it’s working really well so far on the trail. The lights are very bright and I like the styling.

I’ve had my Lumina for 2 years, use it every day and it’s absolutely GREAT.  I really love that I can use it for biking and many other things.  If it ever burns out, I’ll certainly buy another one!  Great video, by the way.

What should I do if flash doesn’t come on?

  13. Loop Garoo on July 20, 2019 at 12:52 am

I have the 750 its a great light and has opened my eyes (literally) into a new world of night riding. I prefer night riding as its cooler and no sun and its more exciting riding the rail trails at night.

LOVE this light! will it adapt to a smith forefront helmet? or, does niterider have lights specific to helmets?  thanks!

  15. zacharycat on July 20, 2019 at 12:53 am

Thanks good video, would be nice if they included directions for mounting the light right in the box instead of in an online video but you can’t have everything.

Hi, got my 750 last week for biking.  It worked great for several rides, but after use last night, I plugged it in to charge overnight and it does seems to be charging.  If I press and hold the button, it will blink red.

  28. Dave Strain on July 20, 2019 at 1:23 am

their customer service is SECOND TO NONE. Been a NITERIDER person exclusively for almost 15 years. Thanks for all the help with all my different models.

  29. Cesar Nunez on July 20, 2019 at 1:23 am

I have a 750 which is a great light. However, I hate the strobo mode because its frecuency it’s too fast so you get dizzy if you’re riding at night. Too bad there is no way to slow down the frequency.

  30. mark hancock on July 20, 2019 at 1:26 am
