    Love these ideas! I tend to get big in my tummy when I try to gain weight and then loose the weight in my πŸ‘ and other undesirable places when I try to loose. It’s like I can’t win😩…. Right now I’m in a need to gain weight (in the right places) and muscle πŸ’ͺ so thank you for the ideas πŸ’‘ 😘

    This was soo helpful! I am currently trying to gain weight and it has been very hard for me. I hate feeling full all the time and don’t like to eat when I still feel stuffed.
