MORE FIXED GEAR RACING IN AMSTERDAM – RAPHA RACING TEAM

I raced my second fixed gear crit at NL Crit Series’ event at the Purmerplein in Amsterdam, and improved on my last result. I’m really starting to like this racing thing! As long as I’ll manage to stay safe and finish without any crashes that is.

    Normaal vind ik het altijd raar om ook een Nederlander engels te horen praten, maar deze video niet! Echt een hele goede video man! 4de is jammer maar nog steeds een goede positie.
    Zelf ben ik ook opzoek naar een fixed gear maar dan om mee naar school te gaan en misschien ook weleens een race te doen…… Heb je suggesties?

    What is your maximum heart rate and anaerobic heart rate? Seems you spent whole race in anaerobic zone?

    Congrats mate for this race! You practically mastered it, it just misses a sprint!
    Having your speed, RPM and positioning on the course while you’re racing is very useful for the viewers!

    Your footage is really good, very relaxing. I know it is a race day and you only seem to have your family with you but maybe it misses some kind of “fun footage” to bring full rhythm to the vid.

    Good luck for Rotterdam, I’ll look forward for your performance!!
