+Bo Ismono Can you tell me how well the ‘waterproofing’ is? I live in Belgium and it rains a lot. It’s the only thing that makes me doubt purchasing this backpack.
    Thank you!
    btw love your vids 😉

I have the new Eclipse variant. It’s amazing

Why do you choose to filter all your videos with a layer of smog? I enjoy the material, but i constantly feel as if were watching you in a very popular ’20’s(?) cigar parlor.

  4. Azad Nabizada on July 17, 2019 at 12:24 am

Does anyone know when this will be in stock ? They are not answering emails.

LBB instagram account is not updated since june.

Amazing review sir but can you let me know as to whether the backpack can fit a laptop of dimensions 16.7*12.9*1.5 inches..
Really interested in getting this backpack.
    Thank you

Bo, did you ACTUALLY try riding with this thing on your back?? One very critical issue about this backpack is when wearing it while cycling, it’s VERY difficult to see over your shoulder behind you. I tried to commute with this backpack and had a really hard time looking out for cars/traffic behind me- had to sell it after trying to live with it for a few months. Also, the weight of the backpack alone (peloton asphalt) is pretty damn heavy. I loved everything else about this backpack, but those two points were unfortunately dealbreakers for me.

  9. andi amri on July 17, 2019 at 12:29 am

can you speak indonesian language fluently then ?

  10. AERO Mechanic on July 17, 2019 at 12:29 am

How the heck could this company screw up something as simple as the laptop retention strap length? The inability to actually secure my laptop is a dealbreaker for me.

Discovering this channel is extremely dangerous for my bank account lol. Check out Topo Designs. They make some great stuff. I grabbed the last edition on the Woolrich Klettersack in black about 7 months ago. I’ve owned wayyyy to many bags, and the Klettersack is, by far, my favorite.

  12. Omkar Mhatre on July 17, 2019 at 12:31 am

    Awesome !

  13. Kevin H on July 17, 2019 at 12:33 am

Hi Bo, I know this is a year late, but I was wondering how big the Peloton is without full capacity. I am the same height as you, but I am contemplating on getting this bag or not considering how big it looked on you when it was full. Thanks!

  14. TopOfNewYork90 on July 17, 2019 at 12:34 am

I think the osprey radial 26 is by far the best cycling backpack

  15. Ameerul Syafiq Amir Fauzi on July 17, 2019 at 12:37 am

    can u speak indonesia language???

  16. Reyhan Pradantyo on July 17, 2019 at 12:37 am

    Hey, good review.
I would like to buy a Peloton backpack. But on the original website it is, as far as I know, shipped from Indonesia. Therefore I am afraid of high duties.
That’s why I wanted to ask if you ordered the backpack to Germany?
If so, did you have to pay customs and how much was it?

  18. face2much on July 17, 2019 at 12:38 am

This is probably a dumb question but I’m new to this so I’ll ask. My current regular backpack leave my back and the bag drenched with sweat after 2 miles… does this backpack stop that from happening ? Do any backpacks do that?

  19. Jirol Delos Santos on July 17, 2019 at 12:39 am

    Is it waterproof?

  20. Tal Z Kazaz on July 17, 2019 at 12:39 am

Hello bo, are you still using the bag?
What is your 3 favorite backpack so far? Thanks!

  21. Chak Lam on July 17, 2019 at 12:41 am

This is a great review and helpful to me.
And I want to know that : are all zippers YKK zippers?
    Thank you!

Great review! Any chance of reviewing its bigger brother, the Peloton Asphalt? I’m officially subscribed To the channel 🙂

  23. Damunior on July 17, 2019 at 12:42 am

Have you tried using this on a plane? Does it fit under the plane seat and is it carry on compliant?

  24. btkh 23 on July 17, 2019 at 12:42 am

    hi.
Could you do the review on the new model peloton bag.
    Love the products from LBB.
Bought a sling bag , the quality is excellent with the reasonable price.
Would like your advice between the new peloton and tortunga setout divide.
    thanks. Love your review

I am really considering getting this to replace my Herschel Little America

  26. Andres P on July 17, 2019 at 12:47 am

Hey Bo! Hast Du nen kurzen Draht zu den Jungs aus Deiner Heimat? Im Moment ist nahezu alle "Out of Stock"… ob die Jungs wohl weitermachen? *little worried*

  27. MUENTERMEDIA on July 17, 2019 at 12:47 am

Do you ordered it over their own site http://store.lbbjkt.com ? Everything okay?

  28. Anthony Cardenas on July 17, 2019 at 12:49 am

What are your thoughts about this bag today? Thinking about purchasing.

  29. Tonny Prakoso on July 17, 2019 at 12:51 am

Been watching your Carrylogy series for a while now. Will there be any chance for you to review Ikea’s Forenkla rolltop backpack?

  30. jumadi mas on July 17, 2019 at 12:52 am

    anda bisa bahasa Indonesia?

  31. MisBi - CWC on July 17, 2019 at 12:52 am

Hey ! I bought the Peloton Asphaltf after confirming everything I needed thanks to your video. So Thanks ! 😉

I’ve been using it for way over 2 years I think, and I’ve been mostly satisfied, but there are (very few) cons. Pros are clearly the amount and variety of things you can stuff in and that I will not describe again after your review, but it a very very versatile bag for tech travelers. I’m able to pack clothes and all necessities for around a week of travel + 17" laptop + notebooks + my drones and FPV gear + scraps without issues. There are loooots of pockets of various size and purpose, and the front compartment + ‘hidden’ padded double notebook/documents pouch is a bliss.

It is indeed a bit hard if you want to grab something at the very bottom of the backpack, as it is deep and you won’t see clearly, but heh, that’s just a packing routine to take and I usually pack things I won’t need in a hurry or on the go at the bottom (ex : clothes). Anyway that has never really been an issue for me and this back pack is great from materials used to fuctionnal design and fabrication. (Cordura <3)

    The only cons :

ONE MAIN THING THOUGH : If you want complete ease of use, I REALLY suggest you don’t purchase the Asphalt version. Indeed, it comes with these metal hooks that gives this backpack a great look etc, but they happened to be way more annoying than satisfying to me. The metal hooks are quite bulky and not very well shaped for you to hold them when hooking or unhooking them. They often get stuck in the buckle when releasing them, as you have to tilt them a little bit to make them slide out. The sides lanyards hooks also often pop themselves out of the buckle while you’re moving around. To prevent that, you have to always fasten the side lanyards according to the volume packed in for them not to be lose or they will come off the buckle. Which is also a bit annoying to deal with as the lanyards are very long, and need to be rolled and then velcroed to hold, which means you would unroll and adjust quite often WHILE with normal black clips you don’t care if the lanyards are a bit loose as they can unplug themselves anyway.

I know this is something that happens for all backpacks, but this one, also due to its height, became more floppy than I though it would. There’s some kind of backplate integrated with the backpads pannel, but it’s now kinda bent and the bag often won’t hold straight up when you put it on smth.

All the rest is very very good and you won’t be disappointed in any case !

I’ve been looking at so many bags this week. From all the high quality makers – Mission Workshop, Chrome, Tortuga, Timbuk2, Goruck, Minaal, AER, etc. When I found this one I instantly felt like the Peloton Asphalt was a perfect match for me. I was so sad to see that it’s currently out of stock, and from other comments it seems to have been out of stock for the last 6-7 months. How am I going to get one of these?

  33. MrN!Bs on July 17, 2019 at 12:58 am

Peloton means fearless in finnish… Lol i guess you are fearless wearing that bag…

  34. Олег Темпов on July 17, 2019 at 1:00 am

Is it 50+ liters or your height is like 4 feet long?

  35. vanditajain8 on July 17, 2019 at 1:01 am

it’s good to see an editor cut the crap and get to the point with only just what is needed in the review. no rambling and great content!

  36. Kar Fai Lee on July 17, 2019 at 1:01 am

great video. does the left side of the bag has the same compartments as the peloton roll top?

  37. sho__aib on July 17, 2019 at 1:04 am

Love this bag (esp the original), and your review which I saw last year. I waited it out to see if it was just a phase, but now months later I still really want it aha and finally they are back in stock. One thing stopping me from buying it (other than the price + shipping :P), is not knowing whether the standard Kryptonite Evolution Series 4 Lock would fit the side pocket or not. All pictures have only shown the mini-sized locks. If you have any idea or personal experience with fitting locks in this bag, please do let me know.
Keep up the work, very well made across the board.

  38. Enzo C on July 17, 2019 at 1:05 am

Could you post the dimensions and weight of the pack? I can’t find that info anywhere?

  39. Zoë Lkjsdhf on July 17, 2019 at 1:05 am

Water bottle pockets aren’t deep enough to where the water bottle will work itself out. Also the two straps to close the roll top are unnecessary when most packs do great with just one. Otherwise looks like a great bag.

    Thanks for the video.

  40. AlfiNawarumi on July 17, 2019 at 1:06 am

Never knew there’s high quality product from My country, thinking maybe i get one too when i back there for vacation (i live in Germany too). But this bag is a bit too big for student eventhough i really like it from a cyclist perspective. If there’s smaller version like 20L, i might get one.

Btw, nice Video, i’m looking for another bag review, especially from peak design, i heard they made high quality product and herschell apex, since i haven’t found a review of it. Gruß

  41. E. K. on July 17, 2019 at 1:07 am

The bag looks really nice but also very big. How tall are you? So I can compare how the bag looks on me. I am 1,76 cm tall…Would be nice to get an answer..

  42. XY L on July 17, 2019 at 1:10 am

@Bo Ismono I’m looking for that kind of velcro strips to organize the compressions straps on my Greenroom136 Rainmaker backpack. Where would you recommend me to get it?

  43. kenneth rhem on July 17, 2019 at 1:12 am

    No link to the bag?

  44. Birger Holy on July 17, 2019 at 1:12 am

Hallo Bo, kannst du mir sagen was das Shipping, Steuer usw. insgesamt nach Deutschland gekostet hat? Danke schonmal und Gruß aus Hamburg 🙂

  45. Daniel Kemner on July 17, 2019 at 1:12 am

Does it fit as cabin luggage on flights?

  46. Ronnie Lim on July 17, 2019 at 1:13 am

    Hello dari Indonesia!

  47. Anthony Cardenas on July 17, 2019 at 1:13 am

I Iike the video but I would either lose or change the music. Btw, thank you for responding to my question, I went ahead and purchased it and am quite pleased so far. 🙂

  48. Gamas Lazuardi on July 17, 2019 at 1:18 am

Well i just found out that u r indonesiaXD ,hi im from Indonesia too

  49. Enzo C on July 17, 2019 at 1:18 am

@ Bo Ismono – At 2:25 is that the side zip pocket on top of the bag? How practical is it to get out your laptop out of the bag using that pocket? It seems a bit hard since you still need to undo a velcro correct?
