This class is ideal if you want to lose weight and get fit and have time to train before work or during your lunch break. Designed to replicate the feeling of a hill interval training session, this workout gradually ramps up to provide as much resistance as possible in the last few minutes. We can vouch for this turbo class too – we use it regularly!

    The “effort level” is what gets me. My bike goes up to 24. I would never be able to keep myself honest without knowing exactly what the rpm’s and levels are
