Patches, I look at a lot of voluntary simplicity living arrangements.. boats, campers, cars, I even knew a guy who lived in an airplane!   Yours is a stand out.  You’d like the way I had a convertible VW bug set up to live in.  That allowed me to save enough money to buy some land, once upon a time.  My 2 cents.. find the company on line that sells close out motorcycle gear.. and get a real coat ( look at first gear).   I got my wife a $450 coat for $99 bucks brand new.  Save your hide..you;ll want it later.  Leather is OK.. but a good cordura coat is more versitle..leather hates getting wet.

You should visit Paducah, KY. It’s famous for its quilt museum and a yearly gathering of people who love quilting. I believe it starts in March or early April. Check it out!

Is it possible to get some wood and build a platform to raise the bed half way up, and underneath the bed can be your "garage"?

  35. Ric Powers on July 26, 2019 at 1:46 am

So awesome! Love that you have chosen a life of freedom! Me too, i have a honda 1800 and i want to pull a timberleaf pica…900lbs…do u feel you lose alot of handling on the bike? Does the trailer push the bike around?

  36. David Albertson on July 26, 2019 at 1:47 am

You said you had a dog and cat. Did they stay in the camper as you pulled it? I was thinking of doing the same with my dog as she HATES it when i leave her at home. Did you notice them moving around while you drove?

Out there in America like Arizona etc is ok, but in the UK it’s very crowded and built up, you would be lucky to not be robbed and messed with every few mins

  43. Glasshousebc on July 26, 2019 at 1:56 am

What a fabulous find. Great video, thanks for the inspiration. Ride safe and enjoy the journey.
