    Can confirm the cookie dough is absolutely delicious. Wasn’t a fan of the chocolate cookies but you might like them, give them a shot!

    I use cocoa powder milk one banana one table spoon of sugar and one half table spoon of vanilla extract not healthy but still the almost the same and also ice

    Yes it’s healthier than all the bullshits supermarkets sell out there but do you even know how many calories there are in the ingredients of these recipes. Like bananas chocolate peanut butter. May be one of the most caloric foods. And the main rule of losing weight is to consume less calories than you burn. So yes it is healthy but for people who wanna lose weight definitely not such a good idea…

    I recommend substituting syrup in or on the things you use, for agave. Its healthier, however it isn’t as thick but its yummy on top of pancakes and waffles or in smoothies, etc

    Very good recipes but please do not use Aluminum foil for baking. It’s such a waste. The process for making aluminum foil is very bad for the environment. Just use Parchment paper or some alternatives that you can reuse.

    I just want inform the people who want to try these recipes with the wish to lose weight in mind!!

    These are indeed healthy ingredients but that doesn’t mean they aren’t VERY calorie-rich!

    I made the cookiedough and with the measurements in the video I reached < 600 calories!

    So just be mindful of that, depending on your goal, ENJOY AND EAT WHAT’S GOOD. <3
