When you say 52×19 at 10 minutes what does that actually mean?

  4. James Purchase on September 16, 2022 at 3:10 am

Loved this! I’m still new to spinning and have slowly worked up from your indoor 10-15-30 minute HIIT sessions, some 20 minute sessions to this monster! The team environment you all create for us definitely helps me give it all I’ve got and motivate me for more. I started this not loving it, in fact not looking forward to getting on the bike at all haha, but now I do thanks to all of you!

  17. Emma Giacopini on September 16, 2022 at 3:23 am

GCN getting my mind and my body back in shape after the birth of my baby ♥️ I did the 15min + 20min HIITs whilst pregnant (even did a session the day before I gave birth) then at six weeks post partum, I got back on to 20min HIITs, then up to 30min HIITs at 10 weeks post, now at six months post I’m doing 45 min ramp sessions + 60 min endurance sessions daily (my baby sits and watches me 🥰) Now I’m wanting a 90 or 120 minute endurance ride, is this something you may consider offering?

  18. Matthew Todd on September 16, 2022 at 3:24 am

  25. Grant Shrader on September 16, 2022 at 3:34 am

I need a little guidance/help! I’ve just started out with tri training and want to use these sessions to help build my base. I feel like I’m doing it wrong because I don’t feel tired whatsoever, my legs aren’t burning, I’m just sweating. I don’t understand how to do 60 rotations per minute but at a level 7 effort? If you doing 60RPM wouldn’t that force you to go slow and easier? (I appreciate any help, thank you)

  26. Shane O'Neill on September 16, 2022 at 3:35 am

Great session thank you very much👏👏👏

  30. Christian on September 16, 2022 at 3:41 am

Better than spin class. No dancing, no out of the saddle for the majority of the class because am I really sprinting or climbing for the whole hour? And the best part? No hearing a good song then it turns to some dumb EDM remix.

  31. Ben Turp on September 16, 2022 at 3:42 am

Love this session. 540 Watts for the last minute I am dead. 💥

  32. PatriciaDesign123 on September 16, 2022 at 3:43 am

  44. James Purchase on September 16, 2022 at 3:55 am

+1 week. Back for round 2. Higher gears and higher power for same cadence 😁. Sweet spot for comfort 90rpm (85 to 95tbh). Sweet spot for power 70rpm. 110 is max suffering and my handlebars go into resonance 😲.

  45. Krisse on September 16, 2022 at 3:56 am
