Please can you confirm the size of tool required for the Ic 400. I was advised 23mm but it’s at least a mm or two short of the thread

Thank you for your video. Where can I find crank arm to buy as the right one with my bike was faulty and seller preferred to refund me instead of collecting the bike and replace with another one

    Hello JLL Fitness,
Thank you for the video! I am in the process of replacing bearings on a Sunny SF-B1805 and cannot find the necessary crank arm puller tool anywhere online. The black end for the Sunny bike must be 24mm and have read that the same sized Magneto puller tool on Amazon does not work fo this bike. Further, the tool that Sunny shows in their videos is not advertised anywhere and, when I finally located it online, it was no longer in stock. Absolutely frustrating! Do you have a tool in stock that might work for this or perhaps you know of a workaround that will not damage the threads? Many thanks in advance for any help!

I can’t seem to get mine out.. been trying for over 2 weeks now, it’s so annoying tight, nd yes it’s JLL indoor bike. I bought the parts directly from you guys. Any other suggestions to getting the crack out?? Like I said it’s just too tight and my bike is just sitting collecting dust. Thank you
