HOW I PREPARE FOR A FIXED GEAR RACE

HOW I PREPARE FOR A FIXED GEAR RACE

Part three in the ongoing ‘The Art of Losing’ soap-series.
Some races you don’t enter to win, but to survive and learn, this was one of those.
I did take a look at how I prepare for these races, and looking at some mistakes, there’s plenty there to learn from.

Hope you enjoy watching this, subscribe for more if you do, next time I’m competing to win again 🙂

Why do you suspect your heart rate was so high at the start at the race, and if you started in the middle/ back of the pack would you have finished the race?

What skin suit are you wearing? Looks aero and comfortable. I want to buy more skin suits as I use them a lot on the track

Would like to see u there! I hope people in Switzerland aren‘t as strong as those ur racing with… 40+km/h average for 40min seems like hell of a lot! Keep it up, great videos!
