    I’ve been dropping weight such as never before, applying the diet “lyly amazing guide” (Google it). It’s been the most successful program I’ve ever implemented. Do a Google search and read up on it.

    Is embalmed chickpeas healthy? After all it is gotten from processed canned tin food containing preservatives. If you try to sprout canned chickpeas, as they have no life in them, they won’t sprout. Same goes for the embalmed olives.

    This still surprises me, just how lot of people are not aware about Fenoboci Diet Plan, even though many people get good result with it. Thanks to my work buddy who told me about Fenoboci Diet Plan, I have lost a lot of weight by using it without starving myself.

    just watched all these in seperate video’s, so why upload this one? Great idea’s though, i think i’l try some of them.

    Anyway recently i read on a bag of chia seeds a remark about only 10 grams a day max, is it bad to eat more of it?
    And i’ve been putting dried goji berries in yoghurt, i like them being crunchy, but still i’m wondering if that is the best way to use them or maybe it’s better to let them soaking in water before using them

    This still surprise me, how lot of people are not aware about Fenoboci Diet Plan, even though a lot of people get good results because of it. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Fenoboci Diet Plan, I have lost crazy amounts of weight by using it without starving myself.

Many of these fad diets work for a short period and then the benefits decrease after a while.     Why are you consuming and promoting dairy and eggs? Dairy and eggs are NOT healthy, and are unethical to support, even if organic. Nuts mixed with dairy as a healthy weight-loss snack is not ideal for long-term health. Fruit, vegetables, and simple carbs like rice are key to health and easily achieving your ideal body form. A vegan diet rich in fruits and vegetables is best for the human body, and essential for the environment as the production of dairy, eggs and meat are literally destroying the planet faster than anything else. I’m rather shocked and confused to see you eating this way. Animal products are not health foods.

Extreme diets are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your every day nutritional intake. While they may induce fast weight loss, these diet plans will never be a long-term answer for your weight problem. You should check out Fenoboci Diet Plan on google search engine since it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.
