    How to get SALVATION (be saved):

    1. Admit that you are a sinner.
    Romans 3:32
    “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”.
    Romans 6:23
    “For the wages of sin is death”.

    2. Believe that Jesus paid for your sin at the cross.
    Romans 5:8
    “But God demonstrates His own love for us: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us”.
    Romans 6:23
    “but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus”.
    Ephesians 2:8-9
    “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.”

    3. Confess that Jesus is the Son of God, and commit your life to him.
    Romans 10:9
    “That if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved”.

    4. Repent (What does repent mean and do? To repent is a change of mind, that leads to a change of heart, that leads to a change in actions. This “change” involves both a turning from sin and a turning to God.)
    Luke 13:3
    “But unless you repent, you too will all perish”.
    Acts 3:19
    “Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord”.
    2 Peter 3:9
    “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance”.

    Once you come to Salvation then comes baptism. (Baptism is an act in which symbolizes one’s renewal/purification and becomes a child of God with the power of the Holy Spirit through water, whether the water is poured on to the forehead or one’s body is immersed into it. This symbolizes the death of our flesh with Christ and our new life through Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit.)

    Acts 2:38
    Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”

    Galatians 2:20
    “ I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

    Galatians 3:26-27
    “So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.”

    1 Peter 3:21
    “And this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.”

    WARNINGS!!!
    Anyone who does not have Jesus Christ will always be condemned and their righteous deeds are like filthy rags.

    Romans 1:8 “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit”.

    Isaiah 64:6 “All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away”.

    Do not worship/sacrifice to other gods; you will only bring harm to yourself.

    Jeremiah 25:6
    “and do not go after other gods to serve them and to worship them, and do not provoke Me to anger with the work of your hands, and I will do you no harm”.

    Deuteronomy 8:19
    “It shall come about if you ever forget the Lord your God and go after other gods and serve them and worship them, I testify against you today that you will surely perish”.

    1 Corinthians 10:20
    “No, I imply that what pagans sacrifice they offer to demons and not to God. I do not want you to be participants with demons”.

    TAKE HEED NOW!!!
    Jesus Christ wants you to have a personal relationship with him. He cares and loves you more than his own life that he gave it up for you to be saved. Jesus Christ is the ultimate sacrifice for all mankind; to atoned away all of our sins with his precious life and blood, that we may share in his Kingdom (1 John 2:2 “He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world”).
    Jesus Christ is not about being religious but to be in unity with him and allow him to deliver you from the bondage that this sinful body (flesh) is doomed for; eternal hell (John 3:36 “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him”).
    Only through Jesus Christ will you ever get to heaven (John 10:9 “I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture”). Seek Jesus Christ only: no other gods can save you from God’s wrath. God’s wrath is not a joke or to be taken lightly (Hebrews 10:31 “It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God”). Remember he is our Creator and all things are possible with him (Matthew 19:26).

    May God bless you and soften your heart to discern the truth that is in Christ Jesus, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings; the Savior of this world!!.

    The plantains chips we call them in Puerto Rico "Platanutres". Sugestion, when you peal a plantain all you need to do is cut tha plantain but only the peal part not all the way through as if you were cutting it in 1/2. Once you cut the peal part in two or 3 sides put your tip of the nife in the corner of the peal you cut and separate it a little then uou can peal it with your fingers that way you take advantage of the whole meat of the plantain. Be careful because plantains stains your cloth and it is not good. That’s why we puertorricans say " tengo la mancha de platano" I have the plantain stain because plantains are one of our primary foods in our menu. Hope this helps. LOVED THE SNAKS RECEPIES!

    I made the ranch dressing and omg!!!! The each dressing is sooo good! I’m not a big fan of ranch but your recipe is fantastic! I also may be converted to avocado mayo too, lol. I ma try the avocado mayo with tuna this week.

    Oh you know another way to make those platanutres "plantains" mash garlic in a "pilon" you know one of those stone bowls and ad olive oil and salt to taste then coat the plantains with that which we call "mojito" and no not the drink😁 the seasoning Is really good. That is how we season the plantain whenever we make "Mofongo" which is fried plantain until cooked and then mash it and pour the garlic olive oil and salt mixture over it. Cover a little bowl with the mixture and put in the oven until golden brown then add whatever meat you’d like. IS REALLY GOOD.

    I like the banana treat. I have become obsessed with a slice of grain/nut toast with almond butter, banana and a scoop of honey Greek yogurt. I’ve done it with a rice cake as welll but prefer the slice of toast. I wonder what non carb replacement I could use for that.

    Sorry but nope aside from the celery and carrots how is all the other stuff healthy? Bananas make you gain weight especially if u come from a line of bad genes and then chocolate those banana treats are probably s0 high in calories I’d lose all my calories for the day on that 😆🤷‍♀️ I’m not perfect but I prefer to eat clean. That isnt clean eating. #yikes.
