1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
Water/olive oil as needed (to thin)
Add all the ingredients (minus water) into a food processor. Process on high until creamy, adding water one tablespoon at a time to reach the desired consistency. Store in an airtight container and serve with crackers, chips and/or veggies.
