EXTREME BIKING IN A WAREHOUSE! – Ray's Indoor MTB Park in Cleveland, Ohio

EXTREME BIKING IN A WAREHOUSE! – Ray's Indoor MTB Park in Cleveland, Ohio

If you’ve never been to Ray’s Indoor MTB Park in Cleveland, Ohio it’s definitely worth a trip. It’s a 66,000 square-foot warehouse filled with man-made jumps, a great pump track, skinnies, a skate park, bridges, a foam pit and even a few rocks that they hauled in. I’ve been five times now and always find something I hadn’t seen before. It’s a great place to work on jumping, pumping, skinnies, bowls or pretty much anything you can think of!

This time they had made some pretty extreme changes with a new HUGE pump track and a new entrance to the skinnies section. I spent six hours there this time — working on jumps, doing lots of pump track laps and generally exhausting myself. It’s amazing how tired riding in circles can make you!

The last couple years we’ve spent Thanksgiving in Ohio visiting Syd’s parents and have made it an tradition to visit Ray’s. Unfortunately Syd had a bad cold so she wasn’t able to go, so I made the pilgrimage without her and was joined by her dad, Jim, and a couple of 16-year-old shredders from her hometown, Jason and Andrew.

I really enjoyed riding Ray’s in Milwaukee. Too bad they lose that property. It would be awesome if they built one in Minneapolis.

Awesome! I was planning on checking out Joyride 150, and mentioned it to my LBS today when picking up stuff. He recommended, Ray’s, which is about the same distance from here. (3ish hours) I didn’t realize you go to Ray’s, found out when I searched for videos, yours came up first. 🙂 Do you guys ever do rides with subscribers? If so, perhaps Ray’s would be a good place, if you come back this way. Cheers!

    "Kickie"

What you are referring to is the "lip" of a jump. Usually when there is more kick, it means there is more lip.

I actually had the exact same idea of a skate park like rays and always used to draw how mine could look like. Crazy that such a thing actually exists.

  39. ElevationStation on June 27, 2019 at 9:30 pm

Nice video can’t wait to go to Toronto and give that indoor park a go
