    I am allergic to banana, what can be substituted for banana except for avocado? I don’t dislike avocado. But I just can’t use it to any recipe to substitute a banana. Any ideas?

    The reason why I’m here is because since I always been stick-skinny I used to eat way too unhealthy and didn’t exercise and this caused me to gain weight… so now this caused myself an eating disorder. But so now I’m doing better by trying to eat healthier

    Peanut butter I hate . I’ve been trying to diet to lose this baby fat. I’ve been having a smoothie for breakfast , or porridge. Then for dinner, Campbell’s chicken noodle soup and I add black pepper and lots of garlic . I’m a picky eater, that’s my problem . I hate peanut butter , I love almond in chocolate but not by itself . I hate mangos n avocado. I don’t eat sea food. The only meat I eat is chicken . God bless my soul with this diet fam .
