    omg if I could find 50 calorie wraps i’d be in heaven!! the small one the lowest cals i can find here in iceland are 120 cals and the bread! 90 cals lowest i can find here ,, 45 cals a slice omg??

    Oh love this 🥰 also you have loving energy 💕 I am curious- please can you do video on understanding calories numbers as I find it hard understanding ( may have dyscalica) —‘ dietary fibre ? 👀 What is the difference between that and complex and simple carbs then 👀👀 … and have healthy mindset and build relationship with food– way as I struggle with excessive exercise bulimia and I don’t wanna trigger that as much 🙃 I love all your snacks and all too 🙂 thank you ❤

    A slightly easier way to bulk do your frozen yogurt/ ice cream would be take 16 oz or more and mix it with your protein powder flavor of choice and you add in a tsp of unflavored gelatin to get the pudding effect. (you will need to bloom the gelatin in a bit of hot water first). I used this recently for some sugar free stabilized whipped cream icing i made fore a b day cake. if you are looking for flavor variations there are different flavor extracts you can get from amazon. they range from common ones like lemon and almond to cake batter and cookie dough. then once mixed line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture on that. when its frozen you can break it up easier. and put it into what ever container your choose from there.

    The frozen treat reminds me of “peanut butter brittle”. It breaks up just like that, but it’s not frozen. Of course, your recipe is much healthier.
