A cycling expert who can’t remember the last time they checked their cleat position…..
Not an expert. Just a pitch man.
But credit to channel for marking this as a commercial.

    Ugliest shoe ever

  3. Edward S. on August 2, 2022 at 11:50 pm

    👌🤩

  4. Alf M on August 2, 2022 at 11:52 pm

Great explanation. Would you have a recommendation for a wide fit shoe < £150?

  5. David Gonzalez on August 2, 2022 at 11:53 pm

Perfect video as I’m shopping around for new cycling shoes!

  6. Juan More Time 68 on August 2, 2022 at 11:54 pm

Can anyone please explain why Specialized increased the price of their S- Works 7 Road shoes from €350 last year to €415… during in the midst of the pandemic.. It kinda leaves a very bad impression of Specialized of us folk who actually buy their products.

  7. Jonas Dieltiens on August 2, 2022 at 11:56 pm

Great video! As a beginner I didn’t have the slightest idea what to look for (other than what I can afford to spend)!

  8. Anthony HT on August 3, 2022 at 12:00 am

I love my S-Works Ares so much that I got 2 pairs! Red and black and all black! They are the most comfortable bike shoes I ever had and they are magic for sprinting. Definitely worth the 450 US$!

  9. M Sprinter on August 3, 2022 at 12:01 am

    Thank you for the video.
    Have a nice day.

    I wear Lowa boots

  13. wenjtu on August 3, 2022 at 12:05 am

Hard to take you seriously when you are riding an ebike 😉 jk. Good content

  14. Brian Treadwell on August 3, 2022 at 12:05 am

Should I spend as much as my budget allows on the shoe?

  15. Mohamad Jamil on August 3, 2022 at 12:06 am

Another commercial in disguise. So if I go ahead and buy the top of the line shoes from specialized then all will be ok, like the fit is perfect? Man, there is a lot more in cycling shoes and a lot to do with different brand designs fit and comfort. I like this channel and would want objectives reviews of new products. Kindly consider.

Weights are pointless without knowing size?

  17. Ellery Bice on August 3, 2022 at 12:08 am

A pair of hiking boots and flat pedals allow you great flexibility when out on the trails.
    Take your sissy shoes and ….. …. .. …. …!

  18. helloWorld on August 3, 2022 at 12:08 am

As you start buying more expensive stuff.. your wallet feels lighter and mouth gape widens at credit card bill. Also, you start missing your kidney.. the one you sold

  19. J R on August 3, 2022 at 12:09 am

£230 is a mid range shoe?!? And I’m a trader in a hedge fund…..How did cycling ever get to the point that shoes can cost upwards of £350?

  20. Wind Pozol on August 3, 2022 at 12:10 am

With all that data and tech they still could not get rid of that velcro.

  21. Nick Humphrey on August 3, 2022 at 12:15 am

    Way too expensive

  22. MotoWaCo on August 3, 2022 at 12:17 am

Cycling shoes are outrageously inflated. They are definately a piece of kit that is worth paying a premium for if: you’re a sponsored rider on the pro tour, racing for a gold medal, or trying to smash the hour record.

  23. MH C on August 3, 2022 at 12:18 am

No new wide cutting for all the recent release shoe this 2 year 2020 & 2021

  24. NedT on August 3, 2022 at 12:18 am

Sponsored but just replace Specialised with Giro, Rapha, Shimano etc.
    Good content thx.

  25. Jamie Baker on August 3, 2022 at 12:21 am

£100 is not entry level…its the entry level for that brand…

  26. Elmer Richardson on August 3, 2022 at 12:28 am

I just ordered the Torch 1.0 yesterday. Thanks for information on the shoe.

  27. Erik Raucher on August 3, 2022 at 12:28 am

There’s no critical assessment going on here – it’s a barely informative ad. Please provide us with content that is either entertaining or helps us make better decisions.

  28. Mark Skinner on August 3, 2022 at 12:29 am

Clearly stated "In association with Specialized" and people still think they’re clever by saying "Another commercial in disguise" As for too expensive, do you remember someone holding a gun to your head until you buy a pair? No, neither do I.

  29. Coach G. on August 3, 2022 at 12:29 am

I recently discovered the new cycling shoes brand VENERATE. I absolutely love them!
They really stiff, provide you incredible foot support and thanks to the heat molding capability they super comfy. By far the best cycling shoes I ever bought !!!

  30. powermichiel on August 3, 2022 at 12:30 am

Lol…. 400$ shoes on an electric bike 😂😂😂

  31. Tom on August 3, 2022 at 12:30 am

    Perfect timing

  32. SolitaryRefinement on August 3, 2022 at 12:31 am

I’m a Sidi man myself, but those entry level Torch shoes would’ve been $200+ shoes 10 years ago. They look like a lot of bang for the buck. Really nice.

  33. Lidhiette Aguirre on August 3, 2022 at 12:32 am

    Thanks 🙏🏽 very useful

  34. Julian Andres Klode on August 3, 2022 at 12:34 am

It’s a shame most shoes have no reflective elements.

  35. CK Koma Lau on August 3, 2022 at 12:40 am

Top end sprinting shoe on an ebike… 🤣🤣

  36. Paul Brown on August 3, 2022 at 12:40 am

Selling your sole to the specialized devil again? Shame as I always came to you guys for an independent and unobstructed journalists approach. Shame me and more shame you.

  37. Grant E on August 3, 2022 at 12:43 am

Nice bike! Why pay so much for shoes when you have a motor doing the work surely slippers would be fine?

  38. JogBird on August 3, 2022 at 12:43 am

i dont like wearing shoes when its nice out, so i use spd pedals with shimano sandals
