Taking all my spare parts and making myself a new bike. Today I’ll walk you to though the build process almost from scratch right though to ripping skids on the road on my new ‘shop bike’ single speed.
Parts:
Scott CR1 Road Frame 2008 (56cm) – With a carbon repair
Ultegra 6700 Compact Chainset (50t)

Ultegra 6700 Wheelset (10spd)
SRAM Red 10spd Levers (many 1000kms old!)
Deda something bars 42cm (iirc)
