Bicycle Parts – chopper fork, headset, handlebar installation

See how we install a chopper fork headset onto our HogRider chopper frame. We install a chopper fork with a 1 1/8″ headset and a stem that goes onto the forks 1 1/8″ steering tube. The stem can accept a handlebar with a center tube diameter of 1″. In this video we use the following part numbers from our website BicycleDesigner.com

503100 chrome chopper fork headset for 1 1/8″ steering tube.

534016 chrome chopper fork stem for 1″ handlebar, accepts 1 1/8″ threadless steering tube

516006 7″ high x 27″ wide chrome NEW moon cruiser handlebars, 1″ tube diameter to stem, 7/8″ diameter to grips

    I see a lot of these videos but I haven’t seen anything about the length between the 2 fork braces. Can they be adjusted to fit different size bike heads? How do your know what size to order? None of the vendors show any dimensions .

    I have a 1971 triumph frame and I turned it into a bike and I used bike forks like these just to be cheap. Bad idea they broke. So pro tip use bike parts for bikes and motorcycle parts for motorcycles

    I have a rubber bushing that came with my headset. Do you know where it goes

    I recently got hit on a stingray the bike shop told me the fork is slightly bent it has a minor pull to the left i was wondering if its fixable at home? Do i lossen it and reajust? The front rim is 26′ and is intact not bent and the true is perfect i thank you for a suggestions P.S i now creaks in the front as im riding

    k, i have a problem, my forks stem is 1 1/8", but the frame tube is for 1 1/4", do you carry any kind of conversion peices?
