Informative as always but still has the passion that you have always brought to the channel.

  3. John Murphy on July 24, 2019 at 1:04 am

Great info for people who are interested in dirt biking

  4. Odds & Sods on July 24, 2019 at 1:04 am

Lost interest in this channel. It’s not about homesteading anymore just plugging products 😤🤬😡

  5. Tee Dawg on July 24, 2019 at 1:05 am

  6. Scott Jackson on July 24, 2019 at 1:06 am

    Aussie Aussie Aussie!

  7. Brandon V on July 24, 2019 at 1:07 am

You should check out Task racing. They sell a special dirt bike helmet light that works wonders if you ever get caught out in the dark. Just another piece of gear you just have to have lol

  8. Corbyn Lopez on July 24, 2019 at 1:09 am

Hey Cody if you see this you should check out the Dirtbike Channel. He has a lot of good content that is super useful. He also has videos about how he uses cameras when dirt biking.

  9. Alaska Canoe on July 24, 2019 at 1:10 am

I am all about wearing protective gear, but that is an adult choice! and not something that folks should attempt to push down others throats…. l appreciate your thoughts and reviews, and yes you can get so much protective gear on that you are like a marshmallow and can’t even enjoy the sport, and move freely. Some times I just tire of the unsolicited advice from people not even in the game… folks like Cody are users and live it… Nice job showing so many great options..

  10. Taycia Roche on July 24, 2019 at 1:11 am

Put the camera under the bill on your helmet

  11. Matthew Gammon on July 24, 2019 at 1:16 am

The EVS neck brace came from competitive karting.

  12. jacob on July 24, 2019 at 1:17 am

Thats a nice looking watch, whats it called?

  13. TX Rider on July 24, 2019 at 1:17 am

I use a mesh body armor jacket with a camelback brand backpack. Tools are all mounted on the bike, not on me. I don’t use a neck brace though.

  14. Filip Andersson on July 24, 2019 at 1:18 am

The foam neck brace do not protect whiplash, thats why the plastic one so big on the back. The foam one has almost non coverege there becouse it is suposed to be used in a car with sests that prevent the head from kicking back. the foam one i better than nothing, but use the plastic one please.

  15. Loghan Stief on July 24, 2019 at 1:20 am

The military special ops guys are starting to put phones on their chest like you haha

  16. Clive Neilands on July 24, 2019 at 1:20 am

Nice review but Leatt is a South African company not French.

  17. betzer19 on July 24, 2019 at 1:23 am

WHY make this. i dont get this sorry

  18. JD’s HVAC on July 24, 2019 at 1:25 am

    Not another motorcycle video

  19. Rider Mak on July 24, 2019 at 1:26 am

Wearing a backpack on a motorcycle is nothing but stupid. Let the bike carry the load for a much lower center of gravity for a LOT better handling and a much healthier spine, not to mention much more comfort.

  20. Jokeal on July 24, 2019 at 1:28 am

Mount that Leopoldo scope on that rail

  21. Joe Wilshire on July 24, 2019 at 1:30 am

    Awesome

  22. Koality of Life on July 24, 2019 at 1:34 am

Very nice review. Thank you for the video of your new equipment. 🙂

  23. alfheib on July 24, 2019 at 1:35 am

If you ever want to reduce your pack weight you could put some of you tools in a pouch and then put them on the bikes handle ..

  24. David Kirkpatrick on July 24, 2019 at 1:35 am

You were on a roll there for a while !!! How about a small tool box that mounts to the bike ?

  25. Alonso Quesada on July 24, 2019 at 1:38 am

@wranglerstar 2 questions will the holes for the camera mount or the neck support weaken the structural strength of the whole system? And what do you think about mountain biking?

  26. David Smith on July 24, 2019 at 1:39 am

Hey Cody, FYI: I’m enjoying the dirt bike vids.👍

  27. Susan Robertson on July 24, 2019 at 1:39 am

    Loved your hat! Totally cool!

  28. Slugslinger on July 24, 2019 at 1:39 am

Rally drivers still use the "soft" neck brace since they need the flexibility.

  29. Mitch McBride on July 24, 2019 at 1:40 am

Very comprehensive Cody great advice I’ll be getting one of those thanks again for all the fantastic videos hope you and your family are well can’t wait for the next video 👌

  39. Isaac Sundberg on July 24, 2019 at 1:51 am

Fell out my chair laughing hysterically when Cody said "You’re going to die". Either it was the editing or probably it caught me at the right time of the day. Hehe, love ya bro. Keep putting out great content.

  40. Sean Cleverly on July 24, 2019 at 1:52 am

Great video as usual Cody. We Aussies do make some pretty good gear and most of it is very robust, owing to our rugged conditions.

  41. Ryan Robinson on July 24, 2019 at 1:52 am

I love dirt bike videos and I would love to see technics vids or group ride vids

  42. Max Maner on July 24, 2019 at 1:53 am

Hey Wranglerstar could I have the alpinestar neck branch please

  43. Brandon Gordon on July 24, 2019 at 1:55 am

    Love it

  44. plaid13 on July 24, 2019 at 1:56 am

One good way to mount a camera like that is to stick it to the underside of your visor on your helmet. Those visors are designed to break away in a crash so it wont cause any issues and the camera would be under it anyway not sticking out. That way you get a true point of view of what you are seeing. That way you dont need to have that big bulky thing sticking out of your chest when you ride.

Might want to consider nylon break away bolts on that mount on the chest mount. That way if you do crash on it it would most likely snap off right away before causing any real damage or too much extra pressure to your rib cage.

Also might want to consider the locator beacon being somewhere easier to get to. If you are hurt getting that whole harness off to get into the back pack might be pretty difficult. Might want it in a pouch mounted on the front or one of the shoulder straps.

Never hurts to try to do things a bit safer. Plan for the worst and hope for the best sort of thinking.

  45. brian zeh on July 24, 2019 at 1:56 am

Great video. I have been looking into something similar. Going to check out the Zac speed for sure. Thanks.

  46. Ben Fairhall on July 24, 2019 at 1:57 am

Don’t agree with the bumbag thing. Your riding dirt bikes at speed through obstacles if your gonna break your back it’s going to happen. I get the whole negating risks thing but when you take the fun and practicality out it’s boring

  47. XuroX on July 24, 2019 at 1:59 am

    Nice setup!

  48. David Kirkpatrick on July 24, 2019 at 1:59 am

You are the ultimate gear junkie guru ! I’m not so I do enjoy the research you do for us

  49. Johnie Blaze on July 24, 2019 at 1:59 am

Not worried about your integrity in case you crash with the chest camera, BUT the rocks raining down on that chest plate will the camera survive?

  50. Blocked User on July 24, 2019 at 1:59 am

Those screws you used to mount the picatinny rail to , can’t really see the nuts on the back and all that but, I think I might go with some Chicago screws or round headed low profile stovebolts inserted from the back side. Even though they won’t look as pretty with the nuts on the front visible (you can always slip a couple of vacuum caps on em). Because If you take it real hard in the chest. You wan’t it smooth with little or no protrusions on the side your on so you don’t get a big old bolt and nut in the rib cage…
