    So much great info, Michelle!! Personally, I’m a sucker for hard boiled eggs, bacon or a serving of boneless, skinless chicken. My body doesn’t tolerate dairy well but I’m gonna give Greek yogurt another try because I really miss it!🤗🥰

    Hi. I was wondering if you can recommend vegetarian or vegan options? I’ve been eating mostly animal based protein, but found out that I have gout…I’m not familiar with plant protein. Thanks for the videos, they are very informative.
