Snack time is the underrated meal of the day but it indeed is demanding. However, with the help of some pre-made snacks, the snack time can become more appetizing and less stressful. These healthy snacks are guilt free and when consumed in moderation gives lots of health benefits.
Recipes:
1:13 Protein ladoos Ingredients
1/2 cup Oats Powder
1/2 Cup Peanuts
1/2 Cup Nutspro Health Drink Mix
1/3 cup Coconut Shavings
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
4-5 Medjool Dates
2 Tbsp Nutella (For chocolate Variant)
Pulse everything together in mixer till mixture start binding together. Now make ladoos and store in airtight container in fridge for upto a month.

3 tbsp Peanuts
2 Tbsp Cashews
2 Twigs of curry leaves
1 Green Chilli
Spice Mix – 1/2 tsp Amchoor, 2 tsp Sugar, Salt, Pink Salt, 1/4 Chilli Powder, 1/4Turmeric
6:38 Mango Popsicle

Superb 👍 try adding maggi masala powder to Makhana, tastes nice. I also add Jaggery and coconut powder to Makhana for sweeter version. Roasted puffed rice with peanuts is also very tasty.
