When looking at the cost of items such as new cone wrenches, it’s cheaper to buy used combo wrenches at a pawn shop or thrift store and grind the ends flat enough to use as cone wrenches. As a bonus, you’ll have a comfortable handle to grip, rather than a skinny handle with a paltry layer of thin rubber. You can even buy a cheap set of new wrenches to grind & flatten, at about a third of the cost of new cone wrenches.

I like your use of zip ties for brake toe-in to prevent squealing . Nice idea.

The only item in your list that I found helpful is the last one. The bicycle log. I keep an Excel workbook for just that purpose. In it I log how many miles I road on a daily basis. And a maintenance log, of what I did, what component(s) I replaced, the date that I replaced it/them and the odometer reading.
