    I’m gujju. Instead of in a flat pan or tawa… Handwo is usually made in a kadahi … Which gives it the appe like or idli like shape rather than a flat pancake like look.

    none of this is lean protein. 10 gms of protein gives you 20-30 gms of carbs for free. if you use oil in a recipe, its a bit more fat too. i wish i could use this, but not practical if you want to build muscle.
