Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you some healthy snack ideas that are easy and quick to make, plus they are yummy too! #healthysnacks #healthysnackideas

Zucchini Roll Ups
half a zucchini
1/2 avocado
Everything Bagel Seasoning https://amzn.to/2Oqo0Ke
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
You want to eat these day of!

DIY Everything Bagel seasoning:
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup poppy seeds
3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
3 tablespoons dried garlic flakes
2 tablespoons coarse sea salt

Cacao Cashews

1 cup cashews
sprinkle sea salt
Chill in fridge 15 minutes until hardened and then enjoy.
store in fridge

Bruschetta Toast
1 slice sweet potato toast (400F for 25 minutes)
1/2 tomato
1 tbsp red onion
5 leaves basil
1 tsp olive oil
pinch himalayan salt

Green Smoothie
1 cup kale
1 inch ginger
half avocado
almond milk
2 tbsp parsley

Snickerdoodle bites
