4 healthy snacks I ate this week from a dietitian!
Usually snacks are quick, easy and consist of healthy fats, fiber and protein. Here are a few ideas if you are looking for some inspo!
Recipe for the chocolate bowl:
1/4 cup milk
frozen banana
1/2 frozen zucchini
I add in 4 tablespoons of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides in chocolate or you can add 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, but it makes it sweeter)
