    Kids love fruit puree ice cream too! Start them young! Little sis can’t get enough of my green smoothies. People like eating what they grow up on, so grown them on good stuff!

    Well…there’s 3 less excuses for not getting enough protein in a day!! In all seriousness, women almost NEVER consume enough protein in a day to support lean muscle development. Snacks like these will really help (even the guys will love these). Nice job!
