For me personally, it helps a lot that I’m a stay at home mom, and through trial and error I’ve tweaked traditional recipes that I grew up eating like lentejas con zanahorias, papa, y cilantro, or just un taco de frijoles con queso. And I’m always cutting fruit up for my daughter and we’ll just snack together like I’ll cut up strawberries for her and me, or grapes, or apple slices with peanut butter. I used to have this YOLO mentality, about well I MAY as well indulge while I can, like literally me comía diez tacos in one sitting. Just taking my time eating, not over eating, and taking my time cooking so I don’t rely on Red Baron microwaveable pizzas like I did before I became a mom 😅 Thanks for sharing! Now I DEFINITELY need to buy those Quaker Chocolate Rice cakes! Jordyn always hyped them up and I saw them at Joe Vs not that long ago. Next time for sure!

I did weight loss surgery back in July of 2021, and I’m always looking for different snacks/meals that helps me stick to a healthy/normal diet so I really appreciate this video. Im gonna try those yogurt bars bc they look soo good and would help since im a snacker too! I’ve been obsessed with the core power protein shakes bc theres absolutely no aftertaste and they’re so high in protein. They’re not a thick consistency either, so it reminds me of chocolate milk or melted vanilla ice cream.

I love that you are back and real with the snacks I lost weight thanks to your other snack video and you ! 💟 but During 2020 the pandemic happened and gained it due to stress and now I want to loose it I was inactive on 2021 but this year I will be more consistent and it is true I bought “healthy” snacks that tasted shitty 😂

Another rice cake topping I love as well is mixing like half a scoop of protein powder (I like Orgain chocolate or vanilla but i’m sure any other will work), with a splash of almond milk (i think any milk would work too). Mixing it together well gives it the texture of buttercream frosting!! I spread it on a rice cake and top with berries or lily’s chocolate chips (I do not do keto, just low cal). Sometimes I add PB2 to the chocolate to make a peanut butter cup flavor!

the strawberry cream cheese with rice cakes is soooo good! also try spinkling a nice bit of chia seeds over it. it doesnt change the taste but fills you up longer

To loose weight, no snack. They just increase your level of insuline. 3 meals a day + sport. That s it 🙂
