I want to make these but these ingredients are so expensive in Turkey maple syrup is literally 60-80 liras(Turkish money) and it’s impossible to find almond butter in here I’m so flustered :((

Do not even try to substitute almond butter with peanut butter when making Almond Joy Cookies! I tried it and it didn’t work, the cookies simply couldn’t be baked. Is it maybe because peanut and almond have a different consistency in butters? If anyone knows please let me know. I really can’t figure out what was the problem here.
Anyway I feel sorry for my used/unused peanut butter haha!
